25% of monthly salary during the engagement of the staff.
Employer is responsible for the staff's MPF contribution.

Hourly rate are subject to current prices and negotiable. Overtimes charged at 1.5 times of the hourly rate during the normal working days, and 2 times on Sundays and public holiday.

We provide a free trial period for all permanent placements. The free trial period is 7 calendar days.

We provide a guarantee period for all permanent placements. In case of termination of employment by appointee or employer within the particular guarantee period, employer has responsibility to inform us in writing within one calendar week after the actual termination of employment. The last employment day of the appointee is considered to be the date of termination of employment. Upon written notification, we will offer one of the below:

• One replacement of the original position will offer.

• If replacement is not required by the employer or is unsuccessful within 30 calendar days after the date of termination of the original appointee, 50% of the invoiced service fee can be refunded. Upon such refund, the original invoice has been settled.

• Employer is obliged to pay the service fee to Job Express Recruitment Agency Ltd’s designated bank account by not later than the 15th calendar day from every successful candidate report for duty. No guarantee period will be valid upon any late payment or default in payment by the Employer. In case the Employer has not settled the payment within 30 days from every successful candidate report to duty, a penalty charge calculated at a flat rate of 2% per month will be levied on the outstanding service fee payable for the period ended on the date when the total outstanding payments has been made in full.
  　

• Candidates are introduced to Employers on a strict confidential basis and both Employers and Job Express Recruitment Agency Ltd. are required to strictly comply with the Privacy Ordinance.
  　

• All candidates who have been referred by Job Express Recruitment Agency Ltd. to the Employers shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.
  　

• In the event that a Client has made an offer of employment in whatever types (including but not limited to permanent employment, temporary assignment or else) to any of the applicants as previously referred by Job Express Recruitment Agency Ltd. within 6 months from the date of such introduction, service fee will be charged in accordance with the terms of either permanent or temporary placement.
  　

• Should the remuneration of any successful employment be calculated on basic salary plus incentive payment such as commission / allowance, a fixed service fee shall be mutually agreed upon between the Client and Job Express Recruitment Agency Ltd.
  　

• Any Client which interviews an applicant as referred by Job Express Recruitment Agency Ltd. shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.
